Malyadri lakshmi narasimha swamy3/30/2024 The god Sri Narasimha and the Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi Devi also offers the devotees their blessings here. Sri Mahalakshmi Devi Mata is Malyadri’s goddess. Lord Narayana Swamy developed the holy mountain Vanamala on Her request, which was later called Malakonda or Malyadri and made Kshetra for the devotees. So she told him to construct for the devotees a Divya Kshetra. And the Goddess asked Lord Narayana Swamy that only a few Divya Kshetras were constructed on earth and that the devotees could not go there because of their expenses. The legend was that when Lord Narayana Swamy was on Seshathalpam, he requested Goddess Mahalakshmi to sit next to His feet on Palasamudram that I will do it for you if you have any desires. The Krishna River is on the north side of Malyadri. Malyadri’s west side has the Ahobhila Narasimha Swamy, Malyadri’s southwest side has the Sri Sailam, Malyadri’s southern side has the Vruchachala Kshetram, Malyadri’s east side has the Singarayakonda Narasimha Swamy, Malyadri’s southern side has the Penna River (Pinakini). Malyadri Mountain implies that the Parvati is arranged as mala flowers. Malyadri (Nine Narasimhas) is one of the Nava Narasimha. A great number of devotees visit Lord Lakshmi Narasimha’s sacred shrine to pay his homage.
